Nowadays, group coaching events, both virtual and in-person, are in much higher demand than ever, due to the particularity of people needs to learn and grow. So far, as professionals, we were thought to mix team coaching and group coaching as competencies, approaches, tools and methods. Today’s needs show a clear differentiator between these two interventions; therefore, we need to master each one’s system, setup and content, as we grow as complex and competent coaching professionals.
