Nowadays, group coaching events, both virtual and in-person, are in much higher demand than ever, due to the particularity of people needs to learn and grow. So far, as professionals, we were thought to mix team coaching and group coaching as competencies, approaches, tools and methods. Today’s needs show a clear differentiator between these two interventions; therefore, we need to master each one’s system, setup and content, as we grow as complex and competent coaching professionals.

Collective Shift is a Group Coaching Methodology that supports professionals with tools, mindset, and structure to generate collective wisdom within groups and transform that into a learning resource, helping each individual actively expand toward his aspired scenario.
