Leave behind your inhibitions and routine and start communicating creatively!
13th October – 5th April

Western analyses of professional and personal success affirm that over 75% of people’s successful careers and lives are attributed to communication skills, with only about 25% being strictly individual and professional qualities. We naturally possess the ability to communicate, and it seems like we can do so effortlessly and automatically. Until we discover that others don’t do what we want, don’t agree with reasonable proposals, and don’t collaborate with us. And we realize that we struggle to articulate our thoughts and intentions clearly enough, or that we haven’t been persuasive enough in arguments or skilled in negotiation.
Mastery of communication could help us enhance understanding and collaboration with those around us and put others in a position to do what we desire. Effective communication would allow us to uncover the thoughts and feelings of others without them directly and explicitly telling us, thus helping us achieve our goals through negotiation, avoid conflicts through mediation, and even better manage our personal and organizational image.
EdAlt School of Communication, developed by EdAlt Institute as a context that efficiently combines expertise, experience, exposure, and monitors individual growth, provides the appropriate space for personal growth and transformation towards becoming a skilled communicator.

About the Program
The EdAlt Communication Advanced Program is an intensive 5-month training program focused on developing communication skills, during which you will cultivate the appropriate attitude and develop the necessary abilities to become a professional communicator. This will enable you to effectively present your own attitudes, ideas, and feelings to others and negotiate with them.
Throughout the 20 weeks, you will understand why communication is different from what we typically perceive, what the communication process entails, and the effects that messages we formulate and transmit can have at various levels and forms of communication. You will learn about communication procedures and techniques and how to apply them. All the theoretical elements presented will be put into practice and intensely practiced together with your program colleagues, in an ethical and highly confidential environment.
