About the Program
117 hours of intensive classes on the Iserve Leadership Methodology™ Advanced Program followed by 14/3-hour weekly online practical sessions (every Tuesday between 6 PM and 9 PM).
This advanced program has both a learning and a practice purpose and is therefore designed for practitioners who are already in leadership or management positions. Hosting a number of no more than 16 participants, the program is going to provide the appropriate context for an intense experiential learning.

The international Leadership Advanced Program is built upon the Iserve Leadership Methodology™ and facilitated by its creator, Mihai Bejenaru, for the first time in such a comprehensive form after its international launch in Oxford on October 1st 2022.
Expect a real Marathon Advanced Program based on more than 120 hours of effective training and experiential learning.
What will happen at the end of the program?
The multiple hours of training over the 19 weeks will culminate in the certification exam in Iserve Leadership Methodology ™.
And following the passing of the exam, we will be eager and honored to hand over the certification diploma, which for us is a symbol of a successful partnership, of the hard work put in by participants and lecturers alike, and of the confidence we proudly display in future EdAlt coaches.

The admission to the program requires an active leadership position or experience in leadership.
After your registration you will have an one to one interview with the lecturer of the program.
