We propose a comprehensive 8-month program with over 280+ hours of effective training and experiential learning, designed in accordance with the professional standards and codes of ethics of EMCC Global, ICF, and AC. The Iserve Leadership Methodology™ was launched internationally in Oxford on October 1, 2022. The curriculum is based on the innovative Iserve Leadership Methodology™, which focuses on elevating human potential and decision-making capabilities. Participants will benefit from personalized coaching, intensive workshops, and real-world applications, all facilitated by Mihai Bejenaru, the creator of the methodology.

Prepare for the highest levels of leadership coaching in our Leadership Coaching Extensive Program, utilizing the Iserve Leadership Methodology™.

The program has both a learning and a practice purpose and is therefore designed for professionals who are already in leadership or management positions.  

This is an internationally  program designed for continuous education. Our curriculum is crafted in accordance with the competencies, standards, and code of ethics set forth by the International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and the Association for Coaching. Participants can expect over 290 hours of effective training and experiential learning. 

With a selective enrollment of maximum 14 participants , our program ensures an optimal environment for intensive experiential learning. This allows for personalized attention and a rich, interactive educational experience.
