Continuous Education & Credentials
EdAlt Institute created this extended leadership program which is designed for postgraduate continuous education. Our curriculum in crafted according to the Romanian occupational standard for Professional Trainer and takes into account the principles and ethics promoted by the international associations regulating training and facilitation activities.
Participants can expect over 220 hours of effective training and experiential learning.
With a selective enrollment of maximum 14 participants per group, our program ensures an optimal environment for intensive experiential learning. This allows for personalized attention and a rich, interactive educational experience.
