Teams face significant challenges in achieving optimal performance due to poor team dynamics, fragmented communication, misaligned goals, and inadequate leadership. Many leaders and coaches are adept at individual coaching but struggle to effectively guide and enhance team dynamics.
Furthermore, Gallup reports that companies with highly engaged teams show 21% greater profitability, emphasizing the crucial need for effective team coaching to bridge these gaps and foster a thriving work environment.
